flat whites are the move at boswells, and if you're stopping into kingschase centre with any kind of caffeine deficit, that's where to start. bristol's specialty scene gets a lot of attention further into the city, but bs15 has its own rhythm, and boswells fits it well. this is a spot with a consistent following for good reason, the kind of place that doesn't need to shout about what it does. you get solid coffee, made with care, in a retail centre that doesn't usually slow you down long enough to appreciate either. come before the lunch crowd if you want a seat and a moment to actually drink it while it's still hot.
