acceptance

by using notanothersunday.com you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

the platform

not another sunday is a directory of independent cafes and specialty coffee roasters. we provide listing profiles, nri scoring, buzz tracking, and business tools. listing data is sourced from public records (google places) and user-submitted information.

accounts

• you must provide accurate information when creating an account
• you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• business listings can only be claimed by authorised representatives
• we reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

subscriptions

paid plans (brewed, featured, sponsor) are billed annually or monthly via stripe. you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hey@notanothersunday.com.

nri score

the natural ranking index (nri) is a proprietary scoring system. scores are calculated algorithmically based on review quality, review volume, web presence, and profile completeness. nri scores are not influenced by payment tier — paid plans unlock features, not higher scores.

content

you retain ownership of photos and descriptions you upload. by uploading content, you grant us a licence to display it on the platform. we may remove content that is inappropriate, misleading, or violates third-party rights.

gives back programme

a portion of featured and sponsor tier subscriptions supports animal rescue through our gives back programme. this is a charitable contribution, not a guaranteed service. we reserve the right to change the programme structure.

limitation of liability

the platform is provided "as is". we make no guarantees about listing accuracy, nri score outcomes, or business results from using the platform. our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of england and wales.
