• business details you provide (name, address, phone, social links)
• photos you upload to your listing
• favorites and check-in data (for coffee passport users)
• anonymous usage analytics via posthog (page views, feature usage)
• payment data processed by stripe (we never store card details)

how we use your data

• to operate your listing and business dashboard
• to calculate and display nri scores and buzz scores
• to send transactional emails (claim confirmation, weekly digest)
• to improve the platform based on anonymous analytics
• to process subscription payments via stripe

we never sell your data to third parties. we never share your email with advertisers.

cookies

we use essential cookies for authentication (supabase session) and theme preference. we use posthog for anonymous analytics with eu data residency. no advertising cookies are used.

your rights

you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hey@notanothersunday.com. if you have a claimed listing, you can edit or remove your data directly from your dashboard.

data storage

your data is stored securely on supabase (aws infrastructure) and vercel. payment processing is handled by stripe. analytics data is stored by posthog in the eu region. all data transfers use tls encryption.

changes

we may update this policy from time to time. significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
