Brook Cafe and Catering

Hillside Business Park, New St, Holbrook, Sheffield S20 3GH, United Kingdom
verified

tucked into the hillside business park off new street in holbrook, this is not the kind of place you stumble onto by accident. you'd come here with purpose, or on a recommendation, and either way it holds up. brook cafe and catering has built real local goodwill in the s20 corridor, which isn't the most obvious part of sheffield for specialty coffee but turns out to be exactly where something like this can take root quietly and get genuinely good at what it does. the catering side suggests they're feeding people in volume and doing it well, which tends to keep standards honest across the board. worth the drive out to holbrook on a weekday morning, before the business park fills up.

thinking of starting one?

we wrote the full playbook on opening a cafe, real costs by city, the 90-day pre-launch sequence, equipment essentials, and the mistakes that close cafes in year one.
