you're on se sedgwick road, which isn't the kind of street that slows you down unless something gives you a reason. café elite is that reason. port orchard sits across the water from bremerton, a little removed from the ferry traffic and the usual noise, and that distance does something to the pace here. people don't seem to be passing through. espresso is the anchor of the menu, and if that's what you're after, you're in the right place. the regulars here are consistent and loyal in a way that takes real time to build, which says something about what keeps them coming back. if you're planning a visit, go for the espresso, straight.
