the tea here holds its own against the coffee, which is saying something. long acre runs straight through the tourist drag of covent garden, and most places on it are coasting. caffè concerto isn't. the specialty coffee program is the obvious draw, but if you're a tea drinker dragged along by a coffee-obsessed friend, you won't be sitting there wishing you'd gone somewhere else. the small plates and vegan options mean it works for a solo lunch stop too, not just a quick hit of caffeine between shows. covent garden at midday can feel relentless, and having somewhere that handles both food and drink with actual intention matters more than people admit. start with whatever the tea list is doing.
