tucked along via vincenzo gioberti, caffetteria piansa pulls locals back daily with something most places can't replicate: consistency that matters. the espresso here tastes like someone cares. really cares. not the manufactured precision of chains, but the kind of attention that comes from knowing your regulars take their cortado at exactly 9:15 each morning. with 4.7 stars from 558 google reviews, the numbers tell part of the story. the rest lives in small moments. steam hissing at just the right pressure. milk stretched to that glossy, paintable texture. the satisfying weight of a proper ceramic cup against your palm on cold florentine mornings. this isn't coffee theater or instagram performance. just good shots pulled by people who understand that excellent espresso requires both skill and repetition. the kind of place where you taste the difference between caring and going through motions.
