café corocci takes its coffee seriously. not in a precious way, not in a way that makes you feel watched or tested, but in the way that matters: consistency. toyonaka doesn't see the foot traffic that osaka's central wards do, which means the people who find higashitoyonakacho aren't passing through by accident. they came here specifically. that kind of crowd tends to raise the standard for what a café has to do to keep them coming back, and corocci has clearly figured that out. if you're making your way out to the 5-chome end of the neighborhood, do it before the midday rush settles in. the morning cup is the one to plan around.
