dilis gets the coffee right. that's the whole point, and on ny carlsberg vej it turns out to be enough. the vesterbro stretch this place sits on has changed a lot over the years, shifting from industrial quiet to something more lived-in and frequented, and dilis fits that shift without making a performance of it. what you'll find here is a shop that's locally well regarded for good reason, not because it shouts about sourcing or posts manifestos on the wall, but because the cup itself holds up. specialty coffee in copenhagen has a high floor these days, and dilis stays well above it. if you're in the neighbourhood around midmorning, the flat white is worth stopping for.
