the iced drinks here tend to land well in the bali heat, which makes sense given where you are, a few minutes off jl. merta agung in kerobokan kelod, where the humidity is not a small thing by midday. galery coffee sits in that stretch of kuta utara that's genuinely local, not built for tourist foot traffic, and you feel that in the pace of the place. the menu leans specialty without being precious about it, which is a balance a lot of cafes in this part of badung don't quite manage. if you're deciding what to order, go for whatever cold brew or signature milk drink is on rotation. that's where the attention seems to be, and it shows.
