Guillam Coffee House Bayswater is the W2 branch of the Guillam Coffee House group, a few minutes' walk off Queensway. The bar runs on a La Marzocco machine. The bakes are the consistent star, the kind you come back for even when you came in just for the coffee. you walk in expecting a chain template and get a working morning instead. your hand-brew selection here is the menu's strongest section, and on a good day you'll see your barista swap between a v60, a kalita, and an origami for different beans. your ethiopia yirgacheffe is the one to ask about, citrus forward, jasmine on the finish, a single origin that's been a regular on this bar for months. your flat white pulls clean on the la marzocco, your cortado holds the milk balance better than most of bayswater. the wifi is reliable, the seating works for laptops, and the…
