you're on vauxhall quay with the harbour right there and, honestly, nowhere better to be on a slow weekend morning. harbour bites sits at sutton harbour, which means you get water on one side and a genuinely good cup of coffee in your hand, and that combination does most of the heavy lifting before you've even sat down. plymouth's waterfront can feel transactional in places, a lot of grab-and-go energy, but this spot has built something more settled than that. the regulars keep coming back for a reason, and the loyalty here is the kind that takes consistency to earn. if you're passing through pl4 or spending a proper afternoon on the quay, start with the cortado.
