good coffee in copenhagen isn't hard to find, but hauser pl. 28c has the kind of local reputation that doesn't need to shout. the address puts you in one of the older corners of the inner city, close enough to the latin quarter that the streets still feel like they belong to people who actually live here rather than visitors moving between landmarks. you don't come for spectacle. the standing hauser has built is the quieter kind, word-of-mouth and return visits rather than campaigns. whatever brings you in the first time, it's the sort of place where a mid-morning flat white on a weekday feels like the right call.
