one of those places barrow doesn't shout about enough. industry kitchen sits on risedale road, which is residential enough that finding it feels like a small win, and that slight remove from the town centre seems deliberate, or at least lucky. the people who go regularly go loyally, and that kind of repeat custom in a city this size says more than any passing review. if you're making the trip out to la13, don't rush it. this isn't a quick-stop situation. the standing it holds locally has been built slowly, on consistency rather than novelty. get there for a mid-morning coffee when the street outside is quiet and you've got nowhere urgent to be.
