ithaa undersea restaurant sits five metres below the indian ocean on rangali island in the maldives, making it one of the few places in the world where you can order a coffee while reef sharks and rays pass overhead. the curved acrylic tunnel offers a 270-degree view of the surrounding coral, so the dining room is, effectively, the sea floor.
