jungfraujoch glacier cafe sits at 3,454 metres in the swiss alps, inside the jungfraujoch saddle station, making it one of the highest permanently staffed cafes in europe. getting there means taking the cogwheel railway through the eiger, and outside the windows, the aletsch glacier stretches across the view. coffee here is an afterthought the altitude makes genuinely strange.
