the smell of roasting beans drifts out onto ticarethane sokak before you even reach the door. khaldi has been doing it in-house since 2021, which makes them one of the few spots in sultanahmet actually serious about what's in the cup. order a v60 and someone will tell you exactly where the coffee came from and why they roasted it the way they did. the mochas are good too, not an afterthought. earned its spot in the istanbul coffee guide. go here first.
