good coffee on jl. labuansait, out in pecatu, takes a bit of intention to find, and nyoman local food cafe is exactly the kind of place that rewards that effort. the uluwatu end of bali doesn't run on the same clock as seminyak or canggu, and the pace here suits a longer sit. you're not rushing through anything. the "local food" part of the name matters too, this isn't a stripped-back espresso bar pretending the rest of the menu doesn't exist. locally regarded, consistently, which in a part of bali where tourist turnover is high and standards can drift, means something. come for the coffee, stay into the late morning when the light on that stretch of pecatu is still forgiving and the street hasn't fully woken up yet.
