Oksa Cakes

300 S Central Ave #105, Flagler Beach, FL 32136
verified

you're on south central avenue in flagler beach, a few blocks from the atlantic, where things move at a pace the rest of florida seems to have forgotten. oksa cakes sits at 300 s central, and if you show up hungry in the morning, that's probably your best move. the bakery side of things pulls as much weight here as the coffee, which isn't always true of places that call themselves both. breakfast is the real draw, and the people who come back regularly tend to come back often enough that their loyalty says something pretty clear. flag beach isn't a place you pass through accidentally, so the crowd here is mostly people who chose to be here. order something from the bakery case alongside your coffee. you won't regret it.

thinking of starting one?

we wrote the full playbook on opening a cafe, real costs by city, the 90-day pre-launch sequence, equipment essentials, and the mistakes that close cafes in year one.
