slow mornings on jl. pantai berawa have a way of making you reconsider your schedule, and onuka is a reasonable excuse to stay longer than planned. the shop sits on a stretch of tibubeneng that moves at its own pace, close enough to the berawa beach crowd to feel alive but not swallowed by it. the chocolate side of things matters here, not just the coffee, which already sets the place apart from most of what you'll find in kuta utara. regulars come back with the kind of consistency that says something about what's being done right, day after day, without needing to announce it. if you're working through a laptop morning or just want something unhurried, this is a sensible place to land. the coffee, by most accounts, holds up on its own terms.
