People’s Coffee

7830 NC-751 Suite 120, Durham, NC 27713
verified

the pour-over is worth slowing down for here. people's coffee sits off nc-751 in the durham tech corridor, which isn't the most obvious neighborhood for specialty coffee, but that's kind of the point. you're not stumbling in from a busy downtown strip. you're making a choice to come out here, and that tends to filter the crowd toward people who actually want good coffee rather than convenient coffee. the shop has built a genuine local following, the kind that takes a few years and consistent quality to earn. nothing about the location or the strip-mall address should put you off. if you're in the 27713 zip, make the drive out to nc-751 and get the pour-over.
