one of those places on odengatan that you end up returning to without quite planning it. pom & flora sits on a stretch of östermalm that already has a lot going for it, quiet enough to think, close enough to everything that it doesn't feel like a detour. what makes it worth knowing about isn't some contrarian stance against convenience, it's just that the coffee is taken seriously here, and that consistency is harder to maintain than people assume. if you're spending a morning on the north side of stockholm, this is a reasonable anchor for it. start with an espresso before the lunch crowd arrives.
