projects coffee takes its coffee seriously, and that focus is obvious before you've finished your first sip. the shop sits on jl. nelayan, a street in canggu that gets a lot of foot traffic but still feels like a local stretch rather than a tourist corridor, and that tension suits this place well. specialty coffee in bali has grown fast, and not every spot has kept pace with what that actually means at the cup level. this one has. if you're working through the north kuta area and need somewhere that won't disappoint you mid-afternoon, jl. nelayan no.1 is a reliable answer. come for the filter if you can.
