the tea here deserves more attention than it usually gets at a specialty coffee shop. most places treat tea as an afterthought, something on the menu for people who "don't drink coffee," but qargo takes it seriously enough that it shows up as a genuine reason to visit. that said, if you're coming in for breakfast or brunch on westshore boulevard, the coffee side holds its own too. this is a solid solo spot, the kind of place where sitting alone with a drink and some food doesn't feel awkward or rushed. the brunch window is probably the move, when you want something unhurried before the rest of tampa gets going. order the tea, at least once.
