the flat white is the thing to start with here. resti sits on wales road in kiveton park, and if you're passing through s26 expecting nothing much, that's exactly when a place like this lands hardest. it's independently run, tightly focused, and the people who come back regularly come back for a reason. you won't find a long menu trying to cover every base, which is usually a good sign. the coffee is taken seriously without being made into a performance. kiveton park isn't a neighbourhood that gets written up much, so when something good takes root there, locals notice, and word travels. finish with whatever single-origin filter they're pouring that week, if there is one. if not, the flat white will do just fine.
