you're on carrer de l'arc de sant ramon del call, deep in the call, which is the old jewish quarter of barcelona and one of the few corners of ciutat vella that hasn't fully surrendered to tourist foot traffic. the streets here are narrow enough that afternoon light arrives late and leaves early, which makes a good coffee shop feel genuinely useful rather than decorative. right side coffee bar has built a real local following in a neighborhood where that's not easy, competing quietly against the pull of las ramblas two minutes away. you don't stumble in here by accident. when you do find it, the address alone, number 11 on that short, shaded street, is worth saving.
