the cold brew here has a following for a reason, and if you show up without a plan, that's probably where you should start. ruko cafe sits on jl. pantai berawa, which puts it close enough to berawa beach that the crowd skews relaxed, unhurried, the kind of people who aren't watching the clock. it's independently run and strongly regarded by the people who keep coming back, which in seminyak, where options are genuinely plentiful, means something. the specialty coffee program is taken seriously, not as a selling point but as the actual point. you won't feel rushed through your cup. tibubeneng moves at its own pace, and ruko seems to understand that. end the morning with whatever single origin pour-over is on rotation.
