the tea here gets taken as seriously as the coffee, which already puts the dug out cafe ahead of most spots calling themselves specialty. breakfast and brunch draw people out to moorend grove, a quiet residential stretch in cheltenham's south, and if you're going solo this is the kind of place that makes that feel like a reasonable way to spend a morning rather than something to explain. the specialty coffee side is the obvious draw for caffeine people, but don't sleep on what's in the cup if you're a tea drinker. regulars keep coming back, and that loyalty tends to mean something about consistency. worth making the trip out to burrows field for a proper brunch and something hot to drink alongside it.
