you're on bridgewater drive, buckshaw village, and it doesn't feel like the kind of place you'd stumble into by accident. this is a planned residential development on the edge of chorley, the sort of area that got built fast and could easily have ended up with nothing worth stopping for. the hub at unity place is the exception. it's built a genuine local following, the kind that comes from people actually returning rather than just passing through once. chorley isn't short on cafes, but buckshaw village needed something that took the coffee side seriously, and this place does. if you're heading over, a flat white mid-morning is a reasonable place to start.
