angeline lauwrence has been cupping green coffee at .temu since 2016, and her q-grader certification plus time judging the indonesian barista competition shows in the cup. this isn't a café that slapped a roaster in the corner for aesthetics. they source both indonesian and international lots, roast in-house, and actually know why they bought each bag. the jalan suweta location sits a short walk past ubud palace, quiet enough to taste properly. seminyak and jakarta get the same beans. that consistency is rarer than it sounds.
