william patrick's gets consistency right. not flashy consistency, not the kind where every cup tastes like it was calibrated by a committee, but the kind where you come back on a tuesday and it's just as good as it was on saturday. that matters more than most coffee shops want to admit. gig harbor runs on this place in a quiet, unshowy way, and judson street is better for it. the regulars here aren't loyal out of habit or convenience, they're loyal because the bar stays high. if you're coming in from the water or cutting through from highway 16, don't overthink the order. just get the coffee.
