Willow Tea Rooms

Parsonage Farm House, Unit 2 Windmill Shopping Village, Yapton Rd, Barnham PO22 0BD, United Kingdom
verified

slow saturday mornings tend to sort themselves out when you find the right place to anchor them. barnham isn't a town people usually plan a coffee stop around, but yapton road has a way of surprising you. willow tea rooms sits within the windmill shopping village off parsonage farm house, which sounds more corporate than it is, and the regulars here are loyal in the way that only comes from a place consistently getting the basics right. not loudly, not with a lot of ceremony, just reliably. the crowd that keeps coming back tends to know what it wants, and what it wants is here. if you're arriving from the a29 corridor on a weekday morning, the cortado is a reasonable place to start.
