yuito does one thing with real commitment: it takes specialty coffee seriously in a ward that doesn't get the spotlight tama often misses out on. nishiikuta isn't a coffee pilgrimage destination by reputation, but that's partly what makes yuito worth the trip out from shinjuku or shibuya. the regulars here aren't casual, and their loyalty to this particular spot in a low-key residential pocket of kawasaki says more than any campaign could. you're not going to find this kind of focused, unhurried attention to the cup in every corner of the city. the address, a small building on nishiikuta's 1-chome, is easy to walk past if you're not paying attention. go in the morning, before the day gets away from you.
