you're on las vegas boulevard, which means you're surrounded by casinos, convention crowds, and coffee that mostly exists to keep you upright between slots. zeppola cafe, sitting at space 2390 inside that stretch of the strip, is a different calculation entirely. independent specialty shops don't usually plant themselves here, in one of the most commercially saturated addresses in the country, but this one did. and the reviews back it up, consistently and without much ambiguity. if you're already on the boulevard and you want something that was actually thought about, this is where you stop. the espresso is worth slowing down for, which is not a small thing when everything around you is engineered to keep you moving.
