what it is

Coffee in Good Spirits is the WCE discipline for the cocktail side of coffee. Each competitor prepares two designer Irish coffees and two signature warm or cold coffee cocktails inside a 10-minute window, scored on taste, balance, alcohol integration, and presentation. The championship has grown rapidly with the rise of speciality coffee bars that blur the line between café and craft cocktail bar.
