the e5p is a 64mm flat burr, on-demand espresso grinder built around a 300w motor and stepless grind adjustment. push in the portafilter, grind, done. ceado's steady lock system keeps burr spacing consistent for even particle size shot to shot. the aluminum housing and updated pulse button came with the 2020 revision. there are no timed dosing presets, which is a real tradeoff for busy commercial use, but it's also what keeps the price closer to prosumer territory than its sibling, the e6p.
