HOST Milano is a biennial hospitality trade fair held every October in Milan. It is enormous: the coffee pavilion alone is larger than most standalone coffee shows, and the wider event spans bar, bakery, gelato, and equipment. Italian roasters use HOST to launch new lines. The event runs alongside the World Barista, Cup Tasters, and Latte Art championship finals when scheduled.
