baby's coffee sits right on us-1 at mile marker 15, and those 1,410 google reviews averaging 4.7 stars tell you everything about the consistency here. this isn't tourist trap coffee. the beans get roasted with actual attention, the kind where someone cares about temperature curves and timing rather than just pushing through volume. regulars drive down from key largo because they know what they're getting. the difference hits you in that first sip, clean, balanced, none of that burnt chain store bitterness that makes you reach for sugar. baby's understands something fundamental about coffee: it's not just caffeine delivery, it's ritual. the steam rising from your cup carries real flavor, not just heat. when you're this far down the keys, good coffee becomes precious. baby's delivers it without the pretense, just solid roasting and brewing that keeps people coming back week after week. sometimes the best compliment for a coffee…
