a roaster actually worth the trip out to cerdanyola. passeig de cordelles isn't a street you stumble onto by accident, which means if you're standing outside bee love, you made a choice to be there, and that already says something about how you approach your coffee. independent roasters at this level tend to know their sourcing because they have to, there's no corporate safety net smoothing over inconsistency. the regulars here are quietly loyal in the way that only happens when a place stays consistent over time, not just on good days. it's the kind of spot that doesn't need to shout. if you're in the barcelona metropolitan area and haven't crossed into cerdanyola for a reason yet, an afternoon filter on passeig de cordelles is a decent one.
