Bingo Coffee Roasters

single-origin pour-overs are the move at bingo coffee roasters, and if you're used to Miami's more espresso-forward scene, the shift in pace might surprise you. this is a roaster running its own show out of a suite on stirling road in hollywood, which puts it slightly off the tourist grid but squarely in range of people who actually care about what's in their cup. the regulars here are loyal in the way that only happens when a place keeps delivering, not out of habit. you don't need to be a coffee obsessive to appreciate it, but it helps to show up curious. start with whatever's rotating on the pour-over menu before defaulting to anything else.
