about convict coffee company
you can smell convict coffee before you see it on parker square drive. the kind of roasted-bean scent that stops you mid-stride and makes you change your plans. two hundred eleven five-star google reviews don't lie, but they also don't capture the way the steam curls up from your cup or how the baristas remember your order after three visits. this isn't coffee to grab and sprint. regulars settle in here, nursing their cups while the beans tell their story through careful roasting. the name might suggest rebellion, but the real crime would be walking past this place for another chain. parker's coffee scene needed something honest. something that treats each batch like it matters. convict delivers that in ceramic cups that warm your hands just right, with coffee that tastes like someone actually cares about what you're drinking.
