peru asproagro is a washed coffee from peru, roasted by dark woods coffee ltd. the washed process removes the fruit before drying, which tends to produce a cleaner, more defined cup. expect bright citrus character across lemon, grapefruit, and citrus zest, alongside a winey quality and chocolate tones that run from milk to dark. that combination of acidity and chocolate body makes it well suited to filter brewing, where the citrus clarity can come through without being masked. keep water temperature around 92-94c and grind medium-fine for a balanced extraction.
