Frenchie's Coffee Roaster

the roasted coffee here is what you should start with, something single-origin or a house blend pulled with intention rather than habit. frenchie's has built a genuinely loyal following out on pfeil road in cibolo, which is not the most obvious place to plant a specialty roaster, but that's exactly why it works. the people who find it tend to keep coming back, and that kind of repeat loyalty in a suburban stretch of san antonio's northeastern edge doesn't happen without consistent quality in the cup. you get the sense this place takes sourcing seriously without performing it. skip the drive-through instinct and sit with whatever their current roast is offering, because that's the real reason to make the trip out to cibolo.
