you're on carrer salvador dalí, a quiet residential stretch in montcada i reixac that most people pass through on the way to somewhere else. harmony roasters is the reason to stop. this corner of the barcelona metropolitan area doesn't get much coffee-map attention, which probably suits the people who come here just fine. what they've built at number 11 is a roastery operation with a local following that's genuinely loyal, not just habitual, and that distinction matters. you don't build that kind of standing by coasting. the sourcing decisions, the roast calibration, the consistency across weeks and months, all of it adds up. if you're coming from barcelona proper, the cercanías line gets you close. worth the trip for a filter on a slow weekday morning.
