you're looking at a dark roast specialist that opened in hayama, kanagawa back in june 2017. they roast both blends and single-origin beans, so there's range here even if the house preference skews darker. the cafe itself has a striking blue exterior and does dine-in and takeout, but the roasting is clearly the core of what they do. it's the kind of coastal spot where you grab a cup and end up staying longer than planned.
