you're looking at tsujimoto coffee, a specialty roaster based in izumi, osaka, that takes an unusually project-driven approach to what goes in the bag. rather than just listing origins, they build entire concepts around the coffee: one series pairs specialty beans roasted to complement croissants or jam toast, another came out of an actual relaxation experiment run with murata manufacturing. they roast in-house and ship fresh. it's thoughtful without being precious, and the range of ideas keeps things genuinely interesting.
