you're looking at one of akasaka's more unassuming spots: a small, vintage-filled roastery where mametora roasts beans in-house, right in front of you. the menu stays tight, which is usually a good sign. pour-over and iced coffee get the most attention, and people come back for both. it's close to akasaka station, easy to walk to, and just as easy to linger at, even if the seating is minimal. grab beans to take home if you can.
