the espresso here is worth making the detour for. merlo has been roasting in queensland long enough to know what they're doing, and that consistency shows up in the cup whether you're ordering a straight black or something longer and milkier. eagle farm isn't a suburb you drift through by accident, fison avenue east sits deep in an industrial pocket of brisbane's northeast, so most people showing up to 320 have a reason to be there. which means you're probably not going to stumble in on a whim, but if you time it right before a shift or after a run through the port precinct, it lands well. locally well regarded, and that reputation didn't come from tourists. get the filter if it's on.
