you're looking at one of morioka's most quietly influential roasters, run by kazuhiro nagasawa, who was named by sprudge in 2019 as one of twenty people changing the world through coffee. he bought a vintage roasting machine in 2018 after relocating to a bigger space, driven more by that long-held ideal than by immediate financial logic. the shop leans toward light roast and holds a strong belief that every person deserves to enjoy coffee on their own terms. no plans to expand. just morioka, done right.
