Noni's Coffee Roasters
C5, Phoenix Trading Estate, London Rd, Stroud GL5 2BX, United Kingdom
if you're the kind of person who tracks down roasters rather than just cafes, london road in stroud is worth the detour. noni's coffee roasters operates out of phoenix trading estate, which puts it firmly in working-town stroud rather than the tourist-facing bits, and that feels right for a place focused on the roasting side of things. you're not coming here for atmosphere engineered around you. you're coming because the coffee is the point. independent roasters at this scale tend to have strong opinions about sourcing and process, and the reviews back up that noni's is doing something that consistently lands. the kind of place that rewards going on a quiet weekday morning, when you can actually pay attention to what's in the cup.
